Northern Cape Tourism website already number one

01 June 2006 This site, which has only been relaunched in May 2006 and is already number one on many search engines.

In its first full month of operation northerncape.org generated an incredible 303 336 hits. When typing in Northern Cape in many of the webs top search engines it comes up first, these include the international search engines of Google, Msn, and Yahoo. On Askgreeves and Lycos it appears first after the paid for advertisements. Local search engines Aardvark and Mweb also pick it up in the number one position.
