NCTA Launches Top Entrepreneurs Pocket Guide

10 November 2008 Two years ago the Department of Tourism, Environment and Conservation started an initiative to support tourism entrepreneurs in an effort to augment the Northern Cape tourism experience offered by the twenty one small tourism enterprises in this booklet. As such, they represent the cream of the crop of historically disadvantaged tourism entrepreneurs.

Information in the Pocket Guide includes winners of the prestigious Emerging Tourism Entrepreneur of the Year Award (ETEYA) and the group selected to attend the international Indaba tourism expo. Each of these businesses completed a strenuous evaluation and training programme aimed at improving their customer service and product.
