Dare to experience the Wild flowers of Namakwa

03 July 2008 For all those who want to experience the annual miracle of the spring flowers of Namaqualand start planning your 2008 trip now, as mother nature may just be early with her wild flower spectacular. We can never be sure, and depending on the weather, carpets of brightly coloured blossoms could be seen as early as the beginning of August.

To make your trip even more memorable take advantage of a flight over the Springbok area in a light aeroplane. During the flower season 2 budget flower scenic flips will be on offer – a 30 minute flip for R325 pp or a 60 minute flip for R600 pp (other flips are also available on request).

The Namakwa tourism office have also managed to arrange special offers for accommodation and with restaurants.
